Canada Basics

Canada has a reputation for having some of the best ski resorts in the world. Canadian ski resorts tend to be more snowsure that the southern European resorts and have a lot more vert than the Scandinavian ski resorts. The flight time can be a bit of a pain as it takes 8-10 hours to get to Canada from the UK. It is well worth it though, give yourself at least 2 weeks if you can and stopover in a Calgary or Vancouver hotel to break the journey up.
